Help! My Dreamweaver Broke! UPDATE: Fixed!

Posted by Elroy - February 27th, 2010

Recently, Dreamweaver has been giving me an error, which has caused multiple other problems for basic functions of the software. Adobe support was garbage, as their Tech crew isn't in on weekends. An picture of the given error is posted below.

Im am currently working on project that is on a deadline, so if anyone has any information about how to fic this than please let me know. I really don't want to have to go through reinstalling.

FAQ:

Is this a pirated copy?
No, it is bought and payed for.

Did you mess with any internal files?
No, this happened totally out of the blue.

UPDATE: I sucked it up and reinstalled, and that solved the problem. Thanks to everyone who made suggestions though.

I would put teh files you were working on in a flash drive or disc.. delet the program and reinstall it and put teh files back on. If that doesnt work then try a new file or make a new one to see if its the file or porgram. If you cant just open that one file your screwed. If you cant open it with anything then the reinstalment should work. If not its teh computer.

I dont think its the files, because this happens before i open anything.

I see your Problem, your using a Mac.

HARHARHARHAR!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR JUST SOOOOOO ORIGINAL HUH? YEAH, YOUR TOTALLY THE FIRST PERSON TO COME UP WITH THAT ONE, RIGHT?

In all seriousness though I actually dont care. I think Windows 7 is great, and I'd actually be just as happy using it. The only reason I use mac at this point is because I like the hardware and software better aesthetically.
